  18. Check your AWeb fontsettings. It is probably using not the bitmap
  19. fonts but the outlinefont ones. And loading these costs time. So
  20. either set the font prefs to eg. helvetica or times or use eg.
  21. Intellifonts to create bitmap versions of the point sizes you need.
  22. I'm sure it will speed up your AWeb startup considerably...

  42. helvetica is a bitmap font. I think it comes standard with 3.x.
  43. magneto is a nice font I found on Aminet. And courier is also
  44. standard from 3.x I believe.
